Embroidery Placement
By default, and unless otherwise specified, we will place the embroidery in the center near the bottom of the veil, as shown in our examples. However, we can also embroider along the sides of the veil, near the fingertips, or by your shoulder. Simply let us know your preference!

How to order?
Select any veil from our collections to include this embroidery. Add both items to your cart.
Count the letters in your content and place the order based on that number. For example, if your content is "Kate&Mike," then choose the "Up to 12 charaters" option.
You do not need to include punctuation in your character count; commas, full stops, etc. You do need to include symbles like &, @......
FAQs
1 - Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot take cancellations after the order has been made. As our products are all handmade once the order is placed with us, we need to order the material and start work on the patterns, etc, so we are already incurring costs.
2 – Can I return the item?
All embroidery products are made in order, so we cannot take returns unless the item is faulty.
3 – What is the lead time?
Please note: Personalised embroidery veils are currently taking 6-8 weeks and are not available on our Rush Veil Service.
